The cost of Scouting should never be a barrier to young people taking part in our activities. Both Hatch Warren Scout Group and Basingstoke West District Scouts have development funds available to help members participate in events that they would otherwise not be able to attend due to financial circumstances.
Hatch Warren Group Development Fund
In many cases, Hatch Warren Scout Group will be able to support you with the cost of some activities we offer.
If you would like more information, please contact either your Section Leader or the Group Lead Volunteer who will be able to discuss the options available. All discussions will be in confidence.
Basingstoke West District Development Fund
For further support or for support with larger events, Basingstoke West District Scouts operate a development fund to support members to enjoy activities which due to their personal/family circumstances might be difficult.
