Squirrels Promise & Motto
Squirrel Scout Promise
The Promise is a simple way to help young people and adults celebrate their shared Scout values. Every Scout promises to stick by these values when they become a member.
The Scouts is open to people of all faiths and of none. We have different variations of our Promise, so everyone can make a Promise that means something to them, no matter their background or belief.
I promise to do my best, to be kind and helpful and to love our world.
I promise to do my best, to be kind and helpful and to act with love towards everyone.
I promise to do my best, to be kind and helpful and to love God.
I promise to do my best, to be kind and helpful and to love the world.
I promise to do my best, to be kind and helpful and to love our world.
I promise to do my best, to be kind and helpful and to love God.
I promise to do my best, to be kind and helpful and to love Allah.
I promise to do my best, and to be kind and helpful and to love Waheguru.

Squirrels Uniform
What to wear
Squirrels uniform consists of a red sweatshirt with your badges sewn on and a coloured scarf or ‘necker’ to represent your local group.
There are lots of other optional accessories you can wear such as hats, hoodies, navy blue trousers or shorts, if you’d like to.
Wearing a uniform is comfy and practical. It means you can run around and get messy without ruining your other clothes. It makes you feel part of a team. It means no one feels uncomfortable or left out. And it gives you a place to show off all the brilliant badges you earn.
Badge positions
Over time, Squirrels will earn a number of different badges.
